Mouth Cancer Information Awareness Day 2012 – Wednesday 19th September
More than 300 cases of cancer of the mouth (oral cavity and pharynx) are reported in Ireland every year. Early detection of mouth cancer greatly improves the chances of survival.
To find out more about mouth cancer, the signs and symptoms, the risk factors or other information about mouth cancer Dublin Dental University Hospital will be hosting an Information Day on Wednesday 19th September 2012. The Dublin Dental University Hospital will not be offering free mouth checks this year. However all around the country participating Dentists will be providing a free mouth cancer check up on the day.
