Catriona is Head of Learning and Organisation Development at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI). She has over 25 years’ experience in human resources, organisational and leadership development and change management across higher education and professional services. Prior to joining RCSI, Catriona was a Senior Manager in the Management Consulting practice at Accenture where she worked on large-scale transformation programmes across a range of public and private sector organisations. Catriona holds a B.A. in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin and an MBS in Management and Organisation from UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School. She also holds a Diploma in Executive and Leadership Coaching and is a member of several professional bodies in coaching, psychology and positive organisational practice.
