If you have an appointment and have been a patient previously or are under current treatment, simply go directly to the appropriate clinic reception area, as set out on your Appointment Notice.
Clinics 0.1 to 0.5 including Day Theatre are situated on the ground floor.
Clinics 1.1 to 1.6 are situated on Floor 1.
Clinics 2.1 to 2.5 are situated on Floor 2.
Please bring the following with you on every visit:
- Your Appointment Notice
- Your medical card (only applies to Health Services Executive Eastern Region; Dublin, Wicklow and Kildare)
- X-rays or other material from your doctor or dentist
- The name and details of any medications prescribed for you.
For follow up appointments please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time to allow for check in.
