The Dublin Dental University Hospital will be running a CPD Temporary Dressing Course for Dental Hygienists. Proof of current CPR and Dental Council registration must be submitted in advance.

Dental Hygienists’ CPD – Administration of Local Anaesthetic

The Dublin Dental University Hospital will hold a Local Anaesthesia course for Dental Hygienists on Wednesday 6th September. In order to secure a place on the course, you must send in the following:- 1. A copy of your current Dental Council Registration 2. A copy of a current CPR Certificate (less than 2 years old on the 6th of Sept 2017) 3. A cheque/postal/money order made out to the Dublin Dental Hospital Board (Dental Hygiene) for €325.00, or call 01 612 7361 with a credit card/debit card number. You must also have agreement from at least one Dentist to supervise your portfolio of experience which must be completed within 6 months of taking the training course. Relevant forms and course literature will be sent once your place has been secured. The fee includes tea and coffee breaks, lunch, all the reading material sent in advance and the written examination. Please send the documents and payment to the address below as soon as possible as places are limited and assigned on a first come first served basis.
