At the Dublin Dental University Hospital, we are committed to the principles of transparency, accountability and security set out in the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (“the Acts”). Pursuant to our obligations under the legislation, we have put in place appropriate organisational and technical measures to ensure that the personal data that we process is protected and secure.

Under the Acts, people may ask for copies of paper and computer records that an organisation holds, shares or uses about them.

To help us deal with your request we will require proof of your identity and enough information to enable us to locate the personal data that you require.
