10–13 November 2026
Dublin Dental University Hospital wishes to advise patients of significant traffic restrictions, security arrangements and anticipated public transport disruption in Dublin city centre between Tuesday 10 and Friday 13 November 2026.
These arrangements are associated with major European political meetings taking place in Dublin, including events at the National Gallery of Ireland and the Convention Centre Dublin.
An Garda Síochána has advised that significant security cordons, road closures and traffic restrictions will be in place, particularly around Merrion Square and the surrounding city centre.
